Analytics Cookies

Geolocation Data
In compliance with the INCDPA, geolocation data is classified as sensitive data and requires explicit, separate opt-in consent. Cloud Radix does not collect precise geolocation data. If this changes in the future, geolocation consent will never be bundled into "Accept All" — it must be enabled manually and separately in Cookie Settings.
Managing Your Preferences
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time:
- Cookie Banner: On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential (which turns analytics off), or manage granular preferences.
- Cookie Settings: Click the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer at any time to update your choices.

Your consent preferences are stored locally on your device using localStorage and are not transmitted to our servers. Preferences include a timestamp recording when consent was given.
Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act (INCDPA)
The INCDPA, effective January 1, 2026, grants Indiana consumers specific rights regarding their personal data. Cloud Radix complies with the INCDPA by:
- Keeping marketing and functional cookies off by default, and letting you opt out of analytics at any time with one click
- Providing granular consent categories so you control exactly which cookies are active
- Allowing you to change or revoke consent at any time
- Never collecting sensitive data (including precise geolocation) without explicit, separate consent
- Recording consent timestamps for accountability
