One system from lead to settlement

The operating system for an auction company

The public auction is only the visible edge. Gavel connects the work before, during, and after sale day.

01 · Win the seller

Leads, contacts & discovery

Capture inquiries, qualify opportunities, schedule appointments, preserve notes and attachments, and move the seller from first conversation into a structured auction project.

02 · Build the project

Appraisals, contracts & readiness

Coordinate discovery, appraisal work, agreements, milestones, staff assignments, documents, and the operational gates that must be complete before an auction goes public.

03 · Go to market

Website, catalog & campaign

Publish a branded auction page, lots or tracts, photos, maps, documents, terms, and AI-assisted marketing copy through the same system that manages the work.

04 · Run the auction

Multi-parcel and timed bidding

Run multi-parcel land sales or timed online lots with server-authoritative bidding, confidential proxy ceilings, live monitoring, bidder controls, reserves, increments, and soft-close protection.

05 · Close & reconcile

Awards, reports, invoices & settlement

Finalize winning outcomes, calculate buyer premiums, produce reports and consolidated invoices, track settlement status, and preserve an auditable record of the sale.

06 · Improve the next sale

An AI Employee in the operating system

Gavel helps the team prepare work, surface next actions, draft communications, and carry context from one stage to the next—under human approval where judgment matters.

A differentiated bidding engine

Maximum proxy bids—even across a multi-parcel board

Traditional proxy bidding is common for independent lots. Multi-parcel bidding is harder because every tract, combination, and whole-property bid can change the winning configuration. Gavel's server-authoritative resolver can protect a bidder's confidential ceiling while continuously recalculating the effective standings across the board.

Our July 2026 review found at least one major multi-parcel competitor explicitly documents that max bids are unavailable in its multi-par format. That makes Gavel's implementation unusual and potentially category-leading; we are not publishing a “world's first” claim without broader independent verification.

Individual tracts, predefined combinations, bidder-created combinations, and whole-property bidding

Confidential maximum proxy bids resolved across the active multi-parcel board

Timed lots with hidden max bids, increments, reserves, per-lot soft closes, and staggered endings

Server-authoritative bid validation, deterministic tie handling, and live self-healing updates

Staff monitoring, bidder registration controls, awards, results release, and settlement handoff

Gavel Platform FAQs

What is the Gavel Platform?

Gavel Platform is an all-in-one auction operations, bidding, marketing, and AI Employee platform developed by Cloud Radix alongside the auction professionals at Metzger Property Services. It connects the public auction website to the back-office workflow instead of forcing an auction company to stitch together unrelated systems.

What auction formats does it support?

The deployed platform supports multi-parcel real-estate auctions and timed online lot auctions. Its architecture also provides the foundation for live, webcast, simulcast, sealed-bid, and future private-sale workflows as those formats complete their release gates.

Does Gavel Platform support proxy or maximum bidding?

Yes. Timed lots support confidential maximum bids, and the multi-parcel engine can resolve confidential proxy ceilings across individual tracts, combinations, and the whole-property board. A bidder pays only what is required to remain ahead, up to the maximum they authorized.

What does the AI Employee do?

The AI Employee works inside the operating system: helping with lead intake, discovery and appraisal preparation, project setup, listing and advertising copy, tasks, reminders, bidder and seller communication, reporting, and the handoffs that move an auction from opportunity to settlement. Human operators retain authority over legally and financially consequential actions.

Can the platform run on an auction company’s own brand and website?

Yes. The product direction is a branded auction-company experience: your domain, your public website, your auctions, and your bidder relationships, backed by one connected operations platform. Deployment scope and data migration are planned during discovery.

How can an auction company see the platform?

Use the demo form on this page. Cloud Radix will walk through the public bidder experience, staff operating system, auction formats, and a deployment plan tailored to your company.
